Privacy Policy

Information collected

When you send a website inquiry, we receive the details you enter, including your name, email address, optional telephone number, service requested, optional subject, and message.

Our hosting provider, Wix, may also collect technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as device and browser information, IP address, and cookies.

How we use information

We use inquiry details to understand your request, respond to you, provide information about available MVD-related services, maintain relevant business records, and help prevent misuse.

Sending a form does not schedule an appointment or complete a vehicle registration or title transaction.

Wix Forms and service providers

This website uses Wix to host pages, receive contact form submissions, and support contact management and notification features. Wix and relevant service providers may process the information needed to operate those services.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to address fraud, security concerns, or legal claims.

Avoid sending sensitive records

Please do not include Social Security numbers, driver license numbers, payment card details, full identity documents, or other highly sensitive records in the general contact form. Call our office for instructions when special documents are needed.

Cookies and technical data

Wix may use cookies and similar technology for essential site operation, security, and visitor sessions. If additional analytics or marketing tools are introduced, this notice and any necessary consent controls should be reviewed and updated.

Retention and security

Inquiry data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage business operations, handle disputes, or comply with legal obligations. We use website services operated by Wix, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
